WHY IS ALL THE MERCHANDISE FREE?
We're focusing on giving back to the community and all of our clothing items are collected from generous brands willing to donate!
WILL ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
Yes. However, we only ship to homes in the borough (Queens). We also have a on-site pick up option for those who live outside of Queens or those who prefer that option.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
After placing your order, shipping usually takes about 4-7 days for your package to arrive. and you could also pick it up on stores too.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE AMOUNT OF CLOTHES WE CAN TAKE?
Yes. Due to the limited amount of stock for each item, every individual can acquire a maximum of 3 orders with 3 items per order. This restriction is refreshed every year.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
After placing your order, you have 30 days to return or exchange your item with the original packaging.
ARE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
Since our site is completely free, we do not offer discounts.
HOW WOULD I KNOW IF A PRODUCT I WANT IS STILL AVAILABLE?
When you go to the "products" page and select a product you will be shown how many are in stock.
HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED SAFELY?
You will be sent a verification email or text through your selected preference of communication telling you that your order has been secured.
IF I CHOOSE THE PICK UP OPTION, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
Our customer service team will send you a notification (via email or phone) whenever your order is ready for pick-up. It will most likely be within 2-3 days after your order was placed.
AM I ALLOWED TO SELL THESE CLOTHES?
We ask you do not sell these items for these are clothes for people in need.

No, we are a non for profit giving back to the community and for those in need of clothes for any reason.
ARE THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN USE THE PICK-UP OPTION IF THEY LIVE OUTSIDE OF QUEENS?
There are no restrictions.
HOW OFTEN IS THE INVENTORY OF AVAILABLE CLOTHING ITEMS UPDATED ON THE PLATFORM?
We rotate and check inventory every month.

HOW OFTEN DOES THE VIRTUAL CLOSET HANDLE SUSTAINABILITY AND ECO-FRIENDLY PRACTICES IN CLOTHING COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION?
The virtual closet can work with brands and suppliers that prioritize eco-friendly materials and production methods. This includes using organic, recycled, or up-cycled fabrics, as well as minimizing water and energy usage during manufacturing.
